Studio Engagement Manager

Sarah joined Sumo Leamington in 2019 as a Producer before becoming the studio's Engagement Manager. Their people are the backbone of their studio, so her role is important to ensure that everyone feels supported, valued, and part of the team. Sarah is a Mental Health First Aider and wants to create a safe space to talk about mental health ? to listen and to provide the team with the support and tools to help through difficult times, enabling them to continue to do what they do best... make amazing games!

Fostering Better Wellbeing at your Studio

This panel brings together a diverse range of people who are already doing great things to foster better well-being within their studios. We’ll hear from studio leadership and Engagement Managers, as well as colleagues who are Mental Health First Aiders and those who are not, but still support their team in other ways.
