Sara Machado is a London-based Brazilian game recruiter and career strategist with a strong focus on EDI and candidate experience. In 2021, Sara helped to hire over 130 young people on Universal Credit for their first games industry job, and in the following year she produced a 26-page report based on her recruitment survey, which asked over 600 candidates about their preferences when job hunting. Today, she is working for Sumo as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
