Jenny Muhlwa heads up Learning and Development across the Sumo Group businesses. She has been in L&D for over 13 years, is an accredited coach, NLP Practitioner and has run her own business focusing on empowering women to feel confident in their abilities. Jenny creates innovative learning solutions which push the boundaries to create growth with Sumo and last year won the Learning Excellence Award for the way learning has been reinvented with initiatives such as DOJO across the group. Outside of work Jenny, her husband and two daughters like nothing more than a good braai and dance off at the weekends.
