Jemma Harris is a multi-award-winning British videogames producer who has been based in the South-East of England for the last decade. Jemma joined Sumo Digital from Media Molecule, where she was responsible for shipping the revolutionary creation game Dreams which scooped a Bafta for technical innovation in 2021. Jemma’s role is focused on supporting people to get things done efficiently, making sure people are ok, ensuring people love what they do and having a good sense of humour about it all. With 15 years of production experience and 12 games shipped across almost every platform, she started out at Midway Games in Newcastle as an assistant producer, where she was able to graft from the ground up as build manager. Over the years, she’s built up her experience she’s been lucky enough to work with Stephen Hawking, Peter Molyneux and Siobhan Reddy. Whilst learning from some of the best Jemma has guided and lead some of the industries most talented teams.
