Scott joined the games industry as a junior programmer at DID in 1996. Specialising in graphics for their flight sim games, he left in 1999 to be one of the co-founders and TD of Evolution Studios. Over 3 generations of PlayStation and a Sony acquisition, he was dragged into management and leadership, taking a keen interest in agile production along the way. He’s also run an indie studio, worked as a Dev Director at Sumo Sheffield, and spent time at d3t before returning to the Sumo fold in 2019.
