Lee has over 20 years’ experience working as a manager, trainer, coach & consultant within various industries and has previously worked as a training consultant with Jaguar Land Rover, KPMG and Crossrail to help implement key organisational development initiatives. Lee is passionate about employee wellbeing. He is a qualified Mental Health First Aid instructor and regularly facilitates sessions on topics such as stress management, personal resilience and imposter syndrome. He uses his lived experience of anxiety to bring any messages to life.

This session will help you understand what imposter syndrome is, some of the signs and indicators, and techniques to minimise this restrictive self-limiting belief. The speaker will also share his own personal, lived experiences of imposter syndrome and how he has learnt to manage it.
