SPEAKER: Jess Rutland

Jess is part of the Business Development team at Auroch Digital and is forever bound to be driven by data. With a background in neuroscience, the duality of people and data a role in business development brings suits them perfectly. They are relatively new to the games industry and bring with them an unabashed passion for social and climate justice, using these to motivate all decisions and key steps they take in their career. They are part of Sumo Group’s Prism network as an LGBTQ+ Diversity Champion, a role they embrace to improve inclusion across the group.
