James Schall is an industry veteran of over 30 years and has been a passionate gamer for 45. His career includes seven years at Amazon.com and 13 years at SEGA as VP of Global Digital Business where he steered its publishing offering towards the highly lucrative PC publishing market using best in class publishing insight, promotional innovation & quality goals to generate over $2b worth of business. In November 2020, James set up the Secret Mode Publishing Division within Sumo Group creating a major new player within the global publishing scene.
