SPEAKER: Chris Taylor

Chris is Head of Sumo’s Project Management Office (PMO) which covers all of Sumo Digital’s Studios and Teams. He has been with Sumo for just over nine years and previously spent ten years in the software industry. The PMO’s main aim is to improve project management capability and competitive advantage, covering four key components including: Process, Knowledge Sharing, Oversight & Support. The PMO own and manage the Sumo Development Framework across all projects and Business Units, and reports back to Senior Management on project status and activity to enable them to react or support as required.
